I've been impressed with my two visits so far. The staff are friendly and empathetic. In addition to tire replacement and brakes, I've had other general repairs and maintenance done. The work was of good quality and significantly less expensive than what I've been trained to expect at other repair shops. I also didn't feel like there were trying to upsell me. They provided good, affordable options and I picked the ones I wanted without any pushback from them.

Yesterday I had a deer hit me, then 20 min later a blowout , no spare, I called AAA and they set me up with Roadside. The driver John Roy , had great communication before arrival, And the ride home. He was very polite, treated my car with respect, In my 28 years of using my AAA , Roadside is hands down 5 star. John Roy , thank you for your professionalism.

They are awesome. I went in for a used tire...they gave me one that is almost new. 100% best place to buy a used tire. Super friendly and pet friendly as well. Will go back for all my tires needs.

I’ve been coming to Roadside Tires for possibly 4 or 5 years now. I had 2 different cars (both used) and whenever I had an issue, I’ve trust they would give me an affordable. Mitzy & Wendy provides THE best customer service. Along with the mechanics. They are transparent about what my cars are needing and the price. They ALWAYS give me an itemized receipt & honestly at this point, I pretty much trust my cars in their hands. If I had a break issue, ABS, traction, or steering wheel issue, they fix it the same day and I haven’t had the same issue since they fixed it. The true measure of the mechanic’s skill is the longevity of their repairs cuz I’ve not gone back twice for the same issue like I’ve had to at other shops.
